BBI, Baribright International Inc.

Who we are

Investment judgment.
Operating experience.

Baribright International Inc. (BBI) is a Canadian industrial minerals company. Barite is our foundation. Our experience reaches well beyond it.

We seek deposits and operating mines where resource quality, a practical route to market and room for operational improvement come together. Our investment decisions connect the geology to the cost of producing and delivering a saleable mineral product.

We then focus capital and technical effort on the stages that constrain value: beneficiation, milling, quality control and logistics. International trade and our production and equipment network in China support that work.

Our investment logic

Recognise potential. Build lasting value.

A sound resource is the starting point. A credible improvement plan and access to customers make the investment case.

Acquire

Assess the resource, operating constraints and market together. We look for barite and other industrial mineral assets where a practical development plan can unlock potential.

  • Resource and ore-quality review
  • Concessions, permits and access
  • Path to specification-grade product and market

Operate & improve

Put capital to work against a clear operating priority. Our team focuses on process upgrades, product consistency and the cost of each saleable tonne.

  • Beneficiation and milling upgrades
  • In-house laboratory and batch QC
  • Production data and cost control

Trade

Connect production to customer requirements. International sourcing and trade complement our mining investments and keep product quality, delivery and market demand in view.

  • Ore, drilling and industrial grades
  • Bulk vessel, container and bagged shipments
  • Production and equipment supply chain in China
